1kg fillets cut into strips1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 teaspoon sujees green masala Salt1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon chilli powder 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce Marinate above.Mix 1 cup flour1 cup maizena (corn flour)
Beat 1 eggDip strips in egg then coat in flour. Fry till golden. Heat ½ cup sweet chilli sauce ½ cup peri peri sauce ¼ cup oilToss strips in sauce.Sprinkle sesame seeds. Serve with chips and sweet chilli sauce
