INGREDIENTS
1 kg green chillies sliced round
½ cup Methi (Fenugreek) masala
3 tablespoon mustard sauce or 2 tablespoon mustard powder
½ cup white vinegar
Vagaar:
Curry leaves chopped
¼ cup oil
Mustard seeds
Fresh Crushed garlic
METHOD
Mix achaar ingredients and leave overnight. Make vagaar and mix in the next day. Bottle. Enjoy.Serve as a side with curries, khari kitchri etc
