1 kg green chillies sliced round
1⁄2 cup Methi (Fenugreek) masala
3 tablespoon mustard sauce or 2 tablespoon mustard powder
1⁄2 cup white vinegar
Curry leaves chopped
1⁄4 cup oil
Fresh Crushed garlic
Mix achaar ingredients and leave overnight.
Make vagaar and mix in the next day. Bottle. Enjoy.
Serve as a side with curries, khari kitchri etc
