INGREDIENTS
                      2 litres milk 
½ cup sugar or more acc taste 
A handful vermicilli brownd under grill 
3 teaspoon milk masala ( I buy from sartaj)
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
3 tablespoon rose water 
Few Cinnomon sticks 
Few Elachi (cardomom) pods 
Sliced badaams / almonds 
Sliced pista (pistachio nuts) 
                    
METHOD
                      Heat milk in a pot with cinnonom sticks and Elachi (cardomom) pods on medium heat till steam comes out. Then add the rest of the ingredients & stir continusoly until milk reaches boiling point. Turn stove on low and allow milk to boil over low heat. ± 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
