INGREDIENTS
1 cup icing sugar250g butter Half cup oil3 tablespoon spoon maizena (corn flour)+- 3 cupz flourCastor sugar 4 dipping biscuts (optional)
METHOD
Mix butter and icing sugar, add in the oil mix well, add in maizena (corn flour) and mix well , add 2 cups flour and mix check if dough not 2 soft if 2 soft add little more flour and mix (keep on adding flour til dough if firm)
Take wax wrap or glad wrap and put half of the dough in it and make a log and then shape do the same with the balance of dough ( leave in fridge 4 15-20 minutes
Take 1 log out of fridge and cut out using a butter knife or what u like using bake @ 180 once it comes out and cools down a bit dip in castor sugar!!!
