Gourmet steak rolls1 kilo rump steak clean and washed Marinate in:1tbl spoon fresh crushed garlic1 tablespoon spoon Chilli garlic paste1/4cup vinegar1 teaspoon each BBQ and steak and chop spice 1 teaspoon fine red chillis½ cup khan Portuguese sauce (available at khan butchery lenz) Salt to tasteFry steak in little oil on grill pan till tender.hold left over Marinate aside once steak tender remove add left over Marinate and fry for a little while put aside. Thinly slice steak mix into Marinate left aside. Veg:slice 1 red onion half each of red and green pepper one small punnet cherry tomatoes put in a oven tray pour over olive oil crush garlic salt and pepper bake in oven till slightly soft and becoming charred. Sauce half cup Chilli sauce and 3/4cup mayonnaise mixto make rolls use ciabatta or Turkish rolls slice open spread generously with sauce on both sides put steak crumble some feta top with roasted vegetable little more sauce and mix lettuce leaves.
