INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken fillets cut into big cubes
*half cup plain yogurt
*1 teaspoon chilli powder or more if you like
*1 teaspoon salt
*1 teaspoon dhana jeera mix
*half teaspoon tumeric powder
*half teaspoon ginger garlic
butter
2 finely grated tomatoes
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon ground green chillies or 4 fresh whole chillies
mustard seeds (half teaspoon)
1 and half tub clover fresh cream
METHOD
1.Marinate chicken overnight in all ingredients marked *
2. cook chicken in sufficient butter till water is all dried
3. in a separate pot heat butter and fry green chillies,garlic and mustard seed for about 3 minutes on medium heat and then add tomatoes and chilli powder and extra salf if needed
3 . once tomato is cooked ,add cooked chicken a cook for about 10 minutes to let the spices blend
4. lastly add fresh cream and let cook till butter starts to surface
perfect with basmati rice or tandoori naan
