Peppermint Rings

RECIPE

½ pound butter
¾ cup castor sugar
Beat till creamy then add:
2 cups coconut
3-4 tablespoon cocoa sifted
¼ teaspoon baking powder and bicarb
2-3 cups flour
Make a soft dough,roll out and cut with doughnut cutter..bake at 180 until done..rebake until crisp..
When cool dip tops with melted chocolate,and grated aero
