Peppermint Cake

RECIPE

Chocolate cake
3 eggs
1 cup castor sugar
¼ cup cocoa
½ cup boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
¼ cup oil
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup flour
Mix cocoa and water together and leave aside to cool
Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy
Add in your oil
Add vanilla essence to your cocoa mixture and alternate into batter with flour and baking powder.I greased 2 round cake pans and equally distributed the batter.This time I’ve beaten the fresh cream with green food coloring and a little peppermint essence (please beat fresh cream with 2tbs icing sugar).I made a chocolate sauce with 2 slabs of Lindt chocolate and 1 tin nestle cream.You can also put chocolate sauce and sprinkle aero in the middle layer as well 😋
