INGREDIENTS
2 ½ cups flour1 ½ cups sugar1 teaspoon bicarb1 teaspoon cocoa1 Cup buttermilk2 large eggs1 ½ cups oil1 tblpn vinegar5 tblpn red food colour or the whole bottle I also used super redcolour1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Mix all wet ingredients with a whisk then sift in and add dry ingredients mix well together and Pour into pans & bake @180 for 40-45 minutes
please note it's a very moist cake
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:1 tub cream cheese 1 ½ cups icing sugar (according to your sweetness)
Mix well together and pipe as desired.
