Pasta Salad With A Difference | My Recipe

INGREDIENTS

½ packet macaroni of your choice 5 tablespoon mayo ½ cup low fat plain yogurt Half a cucumber cub unto thick cubes ½ tin cream style corn ½ teaspoon crushed pepper 1 teaspoon zesty lemon pepper 1 teaspoon sugar½ teaspoon rustic garlic and herb Salt to taste Small packet blue Doritos

METHOD

boil pasta as per packet instruction
In a big bowl add all the ingredients And mix well
Once the pasta is boiled rinse with cold water and allow to cool completely , now add the pasta to the mayo mix , mix well and serve
Crush Doritos over and mix just before serving for extra flavor .
