Use your fav tried & tested chicolate cake.
Chocolate Mousse Topping
½ tin carnation caramel treat
250ml fresh cream
2 tablespoon cocoa
Beat caramel treat till smooth. Whip cream. Fold into caramel. Sift coco in. Mix well. Place in fridge until thick. Spread on chocolate cake.

This mousse can also be served on its own in individual bowls, glasses or containers. Grate Or crush any of your fav chocolate into mousse like mint aero, wholenut,ferreros etc . Set deco with strawberries or fruit of choice nd serve.
