Steak Tartlets

INGREDIENTS

Steak squares
1kg steak
1 teaspoon steak and chop spice
2 teaspoon chillie powder
½ teaspoon haldi
Ginger garlic
Cook till soft

Add 1 grated tomato
Add salt to taste
1 teaspoon tomato paste
½ teaspoon sugar

METHOD

Cooke steak in spice once soft add rest of in Cook till it dry out Slightl.
Cut pastry into square to fit patty pan or normal cupcake pan. Fill 1stp or to your liking... top with some cheese then mash sprinkle salt and pepper dot with butter bake as usual.

INFO & TIPS

These can be prepared ahead n frozen. But freeze first the remove from pan n store. Bake when needeD. Jus pop back in pans.
