bhaji (Spinach) cake
3 pieces chicken fillet cubed. Cook with salt, hayder, green chillies, grounded fresh coriander and ginger garlic masala. Cool.
Mix together: 1 cup Methi (Fenugreek) baji, 1 teaspoon green chillies, 1 big tin creamstyle corn, 3⁄4 cup chana flour, 1⁄2 cup cake flour, 3⁄4 cup oil, 1⁄2 cup frozen mixed veg, 3 eggs, 1⁄2 teaspoon hayder, 3⁄4 teaspoon salt, 2 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder. Mix chicken into mixture. Mix well. Pour into a pyrex. Sprinkle poppy seeds. Bake at 180 till done. About 20 minutues.
