INGREDIENTS
500g Chicken fillet1⁄4 cup lemon juice2 tablespoon mayoSalt to taste 1 teaspoon ground Jeeru (Cumin) (Cumin)green chilli masala to taste1⁄2 teaspoon garlic2 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)1 teaspoon lemon pepper1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon chicken spice
1 large egg1 big packet mexican chillie crushedoil to fry
METHOD
Slit sides of fillet in half,forming 2 thin fillets from 1. (I make 4 pieces)Combine all the dry ingredients including mayo & lemon juice ,Add fillets & mix well. Cook on low till done. Dip fillets in egg & coat in crushed mexican chillie.Shallow fry till golden brown on both sides. Enjoy.
