INGREDIENTS
Carrots
Potatoes
Onion
Turnip
Parsley
Celery
Salt
Pepper
Meat (soup pieces)
Barley or soup mix ( optional)
METHOD
Liquidise all the vegetables
Boil the meat wth salt and pepper and the soup mix fr ½ hour
Add the liquidised vegetables
Boil soup fr another 1 hour or jst until meat is cooked..
If soul is too thin add 3 tablespoon flour made into thin paste and add to the soup and boil until creamy..
