2 cups flour
3 tblspn of cocoa powder
pinch of salt
3⁄4 cup sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
half cup oil/half cup water
1 fresh cream
1 slab of chocolate/ preferable
1 tin caramel dessert cream
chocolate for topping
Seperate the egg yolks and whites, Use a mixer to beat the egg whites until light and fluffy(make sure the egg white is beaten well no traces of eggs should show )
Sift all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add half cup oil and half cup water and mix till smooth.
gently fold in the egg yolks one at a time and mix.
lastly fold in the egg whites gently put into mixture and fold .
butter baking tray and bake at 180 degrees C. allow to cool once baked.
Beat fresh cream until peak form
melt chocolate and add into fresh cream. Mix well
Use half tin caramel into mixture
leave remaining for cake inside.
Cut a small hole in the middle of each cupcake and put mixture of caramel inside close and ice with mousse mixture.
Top with grated chocolate.
