Chocolate Mud Cake

🍫Easy Chocolate Mud Cake 🍫 Super Fudge Cake recipe

Ingredients
2 cups flour
¾ cup  hot water
1-¼ cups unsalted butter 250 grams
8 oz chocolate 250 grams
½ cup milk 125 ml
½ cup cocoa powder
4 large eggs
2-¾  cups granulated sugar
2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Melt all the following ingredients over A double boiler
Butter
Sugar
Boiling water with coffee
Chocolate

Once all ingredients  melt nicely add cold milk and oil  then add eggs one at a time beat well after each addition
Then add dry ingredients. ..sift and mix altogether nicely
Bake @150 degrees for 2 hours

Chocolate gancahe
½ cup heavy cream
1 ½ cups dark chocolate
120 grams salted butter

Absolute chocolate decadence 🍫😍
