2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 cups chicken fillet (cubed)
2 teaspoon ground green chilles
Salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 tablespoon garlic flakes
6 tablespoon sourmilk
1 bunch spinach,washed and chopped
Heat ghee (Clarified butter),saute onion and crushed garlic...add chicken and all spices..add water and cook till chicken is done..add spinach and cook
When spinach is cooked and water has dried add ½ cup fresh cream..Cook..then remove from heat allow to cool..then crumble plain feta cheese as much as u like...ready to fill
