INGREDIENTS
2 packet Marie biscuit
1 tin peach slices
Fresh cream
1 slab cadbury or you can use flake
METHOD
Drain the peach slices from syrup and process in a food processer till smooth.
Stick marie biscuits together to form a log.
beat fresh cream until thick and fluffy
Place the fresh cream at the bottom of a tray and put the marie log on top so it does not move.
cover the log with Fresh cream and sprinkle chocolate over.
