1 and a half packets marie biscuitsCustard Red and green food colouring1 tin fruit cocktail/peaches1 tin nestle dessert creamFlake
METHOD
Prepare a fairly thick custard. Divide into 3 bowls, coloring the first 2 bowls of custard red and green. Spread a tablespoon or less red custard onto a biscuit, cover with a 2nd biscuit.Spread the green custard onto the 2nd biscuit and cover. Spread the yellow custard onto the 3rd biscuit and cover.Repeat till a few stack forms.Firmly line the stacks across a deep platter, end to end.Place peaches or fruit cocktail alongside, top marie biscuits with cream and sprinkle flake.Chill for +- 2 hours.Slice in an angle and serve.
