2 packets Marie Biscuits2 tins (410g) koo peach slices1 ½ cups whipping creamFlake chocolate to decorate
Drain the Peaches from syrup. Add Peaches to a bowl blend to a purée. Sandwich biscuit with the purée forming a log. Lay log on a Platter and refrigerate 30 minutes. In a mixing bowl with the whisk attachment beat fresh cream until stiff a double in volume. Pipe or spread evenly over the log Crush Flake over the top and refrigerate allow to set for few hours. Preferably overnight. Slice diagonally. Best served chilled Enjoy!
