Tri Colour Waffles

INGREDIENTS

Waffles
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon bk powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg(sep)
½ tablespoon melted butter

METHOD

Sift dry ingredients in bowl, add egg yolk and milk and beat well.
Beat egg white stiff & fold into batter, pour half cup batter into heated waffle maker.
For tri colour waffles. Divide batter into 3 bowls add colouring put 1 spoon of each colour in waffle maker. Enjoy.

INFO & TIPS

For individual servings I poured a little caramel syrup at tge bottom of perspex bowl and put waffle on top. Made for my daughters friends get together. They loved it.
