INGREDIENTS
Any yeast dough recipe is fine or use the ffg
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 packet instant yeast
1 cup water
1 cup milk
METHOD
Combine dry ingredients in a dish..warm milk and water together until lukewarm..add just enough to form a soft dough...knead..allow to rise..knock down,seperate into your size of rounds..with oily hands,pat in palm,place a generous block of cheddar and mozarella cheese and pinch closed at the bottom..place balls in a round or square greased pan..brush with beaten egg and allow to rise
Bake at 180 until hollow and golden..
For sauce:
1 packet knorr creamy garlic sauce
Mix in 1 cup boiling water
Serve buns warm/hot so cheese is melted.. dunk in sauce and enjoy
