RECIPE
Use your favourite tried and tested roti recipe. Roll & cut with cutters any 1 which you prefer. Fry as you would your normal big rotis.
Filling
Here also you can be creative. Use your favourite filling. Chicken, any saucy steak , braised tuna , onion eggs, mince possibilities are endless.
Put some green chutney on 1 roti & red chutney on the other. Put your filling & close. Serve hot. Enjoy.
INFO & TIPS
Cheese can also be added on top of filling.
