+-50g plain flour 1 tablespoon melted ghee (Clarified butter) 2 medium sweet potatoes (boiled and mashed)Salt, green crushed green chilli and coriander according to your tastebudsGrated cheese (20g - optional)ghee (Clarified butter) for cooking
1.) Boil and mash potatoes and leave to cool. 2.) Add spices, ghee (Clarified butter) and cheese (optional)3.) Add flour - a little at a time (a little more than 50g might be required if potatoes are big),mix and knead to form a roti like dough.3.) Make balls and roll into rotis.4.) Spread ghee (Clarified butter) on a hot tawa, place roti and cook till half way done, then flip and cook the other side, spread a little ghee (Clarified butter) and flip again - cook till golden brown. Serve hot with a curry or on its own. 🍽
