Macaroni cheese Fatima Asif Latif Boil 2 cups macaroni with 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon salt till done. Drain and set aside. Saute 1 small onion in oil till golden. Add in macaroni, 1 tomato chopped fine, salt to taste and a pinch of white pepper. Mix and set in a glass dish. Sprinkle cheese and parsley. Heat in micro or oven. Cooked chicken cubes can be added. Enjoy.
