INGREDIENTS
1 onion chopped.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon green cillies
1 tray mushroom sliced
10 cannellonis
1/2kg cubed chicken fillet.
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter).
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon mayonaise
METHOD
Braise onion in ghee (Clarified butter) add chicken and spices cook till done add mushrooms and cook till dry . Keep aside to cool . Add mayonaise and mix well . Boil cannelloni till al dente drain and allow to cool seperately on cloth . Fill with chicken filling and set in ovenproof dish Sauce 3 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon green chillies 1\2 teaspoon salt 1 cup grated cheese 3 tablespoon flour 1\2 teaspoon pepper 2~3 cups milk. Melt butter and add green chilli and flour and milk beat well add cheese and salt and pepper . Throw over cannelloni.& bake at 180 deg
