RECIPE
1 kg mutton washed and cleaned
1 ½ teaspoon ginger garlic
1 cup bulgarian/plain yogurt
Marinate meat
Saute 2 sliced onion with ghee (Clarified butter)
Add meat and
Lemon juice
Salt
Pinch haldi
Crushed green chillies
Steak and chops spice
Dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
Cinnamon sticks
Pods of Elachi (cardomom)
Cook till meat is done
Boil and drain 1 ½ cups rice till tender
Add to meat..toss gently..spice with salt
Steam with butter,and sprinkle spice for rice
