Boil 3 cups basmati rice drain and set aside. Fry 6 potatoes cut in ¼s. Set aside.Chop robot peppers fry in shallow oil.Fry 1½ cups sliced carrots.(I boiled it 1st)1 cup peasSet aside all the above.
Marinate 1 kg chicken pieces with:½ cup double thick yoghurt ½ cup sour milk 1 cup liquidised tomatoes ½ tin Tomato puree 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 2 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food Kholvad masala 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)Saffron essence
Braise 2 sliced onions in ghee (Clarified butter) and oilAdd in 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) Few peppercorns Few cloves Taj Elachi (cardomom). Fry till golden Add in marinated chicken Spread veggies over and potatoes Cover with rice.Dot with butterSprinkle ½ cup fried onions @786zaibunisasfriedonions Chopped dhania (coriander).Cover with foil.Bake 1 hourServe with dahy & salad
