INGREDIENTS
1 chicken washed and cut
1 grated onion
Coconut oil jst little to braise
1 teaspoon jeeroo
2 teaspoon mixed herbs
2 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon red masala/ginger garlic
1 teaspoon green masala
little arad (Turmeric)
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Adjust masalas according to taste
*1 cup fresh cream
*1 cup plain yogurt
*1 cup mayonaise
METHOD
Braise the onion in oil..then add your spices and braise mre then add your chicken and cook ¾ way....then mix together the ingredients * with astrix next to it..the. Add to chicken and simmer till done..till wen u see the oil comin up..garnish with dhania (coriander) and spring onions..
Serve wth naan
