4 potatoes peeled.
Cube potatoes and steam with salt till soft. Than add green masala, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise sprinkling of freshly ground salt & pepper, freshly chopped coriander leaves. Add 1 spoon butter. Mash and set aside. Grated cheese can be added or some of the cheese paratha mixture.
Grate gouda cheese, tussers and cheddar. Than mix. Add crumbled feta, green masala, chopped Spring onions, fresh coriander leaves and a sprinkling of freshly ground salt and pepper. Set aside.
2 cups cake flour sifted, 1⁄2 teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoon oil. Mix till crumb like. Than add 1 cup boiling water and a little oil. I make dough in kenwood.
Divide dough into 8 portions. Roll out rotis make sure all are the same size. Then spread potato filling. Brush water on edges and close with another roti.
Cook on tawa. When almost done sprinkle sesame seeds. Serve hot.
