Grilled Chicken N Corn

Grilled chicken and corn

4 chicken fillets slit
Marinate with 3 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon green masala
1 teaspoon garlic
Lemon pepper
Aromat (a South African Spice)
Garlic salt

Set in tray, drizzle lemon butter sauce over and bake in oven on 180° till done don't try out.
Grill corn in oven with lemon butter. Serve hot and sprinkle parsley.

Lemon butter sauce
125g butter
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic
Aromat (a South African Spice) to taste
1 spoon mayonnaise
Bring to boil.
I make extra and keep.
