INGREDIENTS
Puff pastry cut into rounds or rectangles. (I used rectangles)
filling:
Cubed polony
cubed green peppers
Chopped green dhana
beaten egg (about 1 egg per cup cubed filling)
Salt, pepper, green chillies to taste
A little mayo (according to your preference)
Topping:
Grated mozzarella cheese or any cheese you prefer
Cubed tomato
METHOD
Grease muffin pans.
Place a round or rectangle of pastry in to fit.
Prick holes in it with a fork.
Place filling over and top with cheese and cubed tomato.
Bake at 200 till golden and cheese is melted.
Serve with chutney of choice.

Cubed fillet and any veggies of choice such as mushrooms etc can be used for a difference.
