RECIPE
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 packet instant yeast
1 cup water
1 cup milk
Method
Combine dry ingredients in a dish..warm milk and water together until lukewarm..add just enough to form a soft dough...knead..allow to rise..knock down,divide dough into 5 balls..roll ball into a round circle on a floured surface..not too thin or too thick....cut into 8,place a teaspoon full of any desired filling.(Nutella/dates) I used 1 teaspoon jam and a sprinkle of coconut...roll into crossiants..place on greased tray.....allow to rise well,bake in a preheated oven on 180 until brownish and done..
When cool,drizzle with a glaze made by mixing icing sugar and hot water..dust with icing sugar
