RECIPE

Cheese phyllo cups

Cut phyllo into squares to fit mini pan.
Brush each sheet with hot melted butter. Set 4 layers over each other in pan and bake till light golden.

Cheese mixture
Grated tussers and cheddar cheese
Feta crumbled
Spring onions
Green masala
Mix and put into baked phyllo cups.
Bake in oven till cheese melts.
Serve immediately
