INGREDIENTS

¼ pound butter
2 heaped tablespoon garlic
2 heaped tablespoon cajun spice
2 heaped tablespoon red chillie powder
Lemon Juice
Olive Oil

METHOD

Marinate prawns in garlic ,cajun,red chillie
powder,olive oil.Melt butter in a flat based
pot(do not burn butter)then add marinated
prawns.

INFO & TIPS

It goes well with fried chips ,spicy rice and lemon butter
