1 Packet Tennis/Tea Lovers Biscuits
1 tin Condense Milk
1 tub (230g) Cream Cheese
¼ cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
250ml Fresh Cream
Grind Biscuits in a food processor, add the melted butter and mix to form a base.Layer the base in a pan and leave aside.Mix the Cream Cheese,Condense Milk and Lemon juice.Separately whip up the fresh cream until stiff.Fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture,carefully.Pour mixture over base and leave to set overnight.Decorate with granadilla topping or a topping of your choice.
