1 chicken disjointed
2 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala
Salt to taste
Red chillies to taste
1⁄4 teaspoon tumeric
1 1⁄2 teaspoon whole jeeroo
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) (more can be added if prefered)
little more then 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed saffron
Few whole pepper, Elachi (cardomom), cloves, cinnamon sticks
2-3 whole green chillies
3 small liquidised tomatoes
3⁄4 cup yoghurt or sour milk
Handful crushed fried onions
2-3 potatoes quartered and fried
5 boiled eggs
Chopped greens to decorate
Marinate chicken in spices then add green chillies, tomatoes, yoghurt and crushed onions.
Add ghee (Clarified butter) and cook on a low heat till nearly done. Add fried potatoes and complete cooking.
Oil should rise.
Mix eggs into masala. Decorate and serve with naan or roti.
