INGREDIENTS
1 chicken disjointed2 teaspoon red ginger garlic masalaSalt to tasteRed chillies to taste¼ teaspoon tumeric1 ½ teaspoon whole jeeroo1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) (more can be added if prefered)Little more then ¼ teaspoon crushed saffronFew whole pepper, Elachi (cardomom), cloves, cinnamon sticks2-3 whole green chillies3 small liquidised tomatoes ¾ cup yoghurt or sour milk Handful crushed fried onions2-3 potatoes quartered and fried5 boiled eggsChopped greens to decorate
METHOD
Marinate chicken in spices then add green chillies, tomatoes, yoghurt and crushed onions.Marinate.Add ghee (Clarified butter) and cook on a low heat till nearly done. Add fried potatoes and complete cooking.Oil should rise.Mix eggs into masala. Decorate and serve with naan or roti.
