INGREDIENTS
1 cup moongh dhal soaked overnight
1 processed onion (squeeze out water)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed corriander
1 teaspoon pounded green chillies
¼ teaspoon fine red chillies
Chopped greens
1 egg
METHOD
Grind all in a mincer...mix until frothy...add few tablespoon flour if too watery..add 2 teaspoon baking powder before frying..drop spoonfuls in deep hot oil,till golden ..drain and serve with chutneys
