RECIPE
1 kg lamb chops
1 tablespoon red masala
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground dhana (corriander)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground Jeeru (Cumin) (cumin)
¼ teaspoon haldi (tumeric)
½ teaspoon crushed garlic
3 tablespoon sourmilk
1 tablespoon mayonaise
Combine all together add water and cook till chops are tender..
BATTER:
1 cup self raising flour
1 small onion grated
1 egg
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon red chillies
2 tablespoon chopped greens
Water is required
Combine together in a bowl and whisk well
Add water to form a batter consistency
Dip chops in batter and shallow fry in oil in a non stick pan until golden brown on both sides..
Serve with your choice of veggies stir fried in garlic butter and seasoned with Aromat (a South African Spice) and herbs
