INGREDIENTS
500 g Chops1 ½ tablespoon fresh Ginger garlic1 tablespoon Texan spice1 tablespoon steak and chops spice 2 tablespoon Lemon juice½ teaspoon black pepper½ teaspoon ground green chillies*add more if u like it strong1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)2 tablespoon tomato sauce or chillie sauce3 potatoes (cut into rounds) 1 onion (sliced round) ½ Green pepper (rounds) 1 tomato (slices)2 tablespoon mayonnaise Salt and pepper to sprinkle
METHOD
Cook the chops with masala like usual. Put in a glass casserolePipe sauce of choice overSpread over fried/just soften onion and tomato ringsPlace fryed potatoes( u can airfry) Braise peppers lightly and add on top. Sprinkle salt and pepper Streak with mayonnaise Bake on 180 for 10 minutes & enjoy🥘Serve with hot rotis and a lovely salad🥗
