RECIPE
1 kg chicken mince
1 big onion (squeeze out water)
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon green masala
1 slice bread
1 egg
1 tablespoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
2 teaspoon chicken spice
Freshly chopped dhania (coriander) & shallot
Process all together
2 boxes Kiri cheese
Cut kiri into equal blockes...Thereafter take kebab mixture and pat on the palm of your hand..place a square of cheese and close kebaab mixture around it.. So basically the kiri cheese will be in the centre of the kebaab...(freezer suitable)fry in shallow oil till golden
