• 60 g butter
• ¼ cup caster sugar
• 1 tablespoon Cadbury Bournville Cocoa
• 1 egg, beaten
• ½ cup self-raising flour
• 8 marshmallows
Melt the butter in a large microwave proof
bowl on High (100% power) for 30 seconds.
Add the sugar and cocoa. Mix well to
dissolve any lumps.
Add the egg and flour, and stir through with
Spoon the mixture into eight triple
thickness paper patty pans. Place around the
edge of the microwave turntable and cook on
High for 1 minute.
Place a whole marshmallow on the top of each
cup cake. Cook on High for 30 seconds or
until the marshmallow begins to melt. Remove
from the oven immediately.
Leave to cool.
