Nutella Doughnuts

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs
1cup sugar
1cup sour milk
¼ cup melted butter
4 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon bicarb
pinch of salt
4 cups flour

METHOD

Beat eggs and sugar. Add other wet ingredients..now add other dry ingredients. ..might need to add little extra flour BUT DON'T MAKE TOO DRY! !!knead it with oiled hands and then roll out. Cut out circles, put little Nutella and close to form a ball .make sure you seal it properly or it will leak. Fry in hot oil till golden. Roll in castor sugar
