2 kg Chicken washed cut and clean
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoon Robertsons barbeque spice
2 teaspoon Robertsons chicken spice
2 teaspoon white pepper powder
1 teaspoon lemon and herb spice
1 teaspoon amina's tandoori spice
few strands of Thymes
1 teaspoon paprika
Drop of oil
1 packet bread crumbs
Black pepper powder
Marinate the above spices with drop of oil into chicken and leave for at least one hour.
Take bread crumbs into a bowl, add the pepper powder and mix nicely.
Beat one egg, dip chicken pieces into egg and coat with bread crumbs.
Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
Serve with Chips and sauce of your choice

I haven't used salt as the Robertsons spices are salty.
