RECIPE
500g chicken fillets (cut in 1 inch cubes
1 teaspoon red chillie powder
Black pepper & salt to taste
1 teaspoon chicken spice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon mayonaise
2 tablespoon sourmilk
½ teaspoon garlic
3 tablespoon tomato puree
1 onion diced
1 Green pepper diced
Baby potatoes half boiled (I used normal potatoes cut into cubes
Baby onions (or just cube a large onion)
Method
marinate the chicken for 2-3 hrs preferably overnight.The longer you marinate the more softer the chicken comes out.
Arrange chicken,onion,green pepper,potato and onion alternately on skewers.Grill on a rack on open fire until they are browned and done..
