INGREDIENTS
FUDGE SAUCE:
75g dark/milk chocolate
20g butter
75ml fresh cream
50g brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey/golden syrup
Bananas
Any flavoured ice-creams
Whipped cream
Glace cherries
Chopped nuts
Wafers
METHOD
Begin by making fudge sauce; melt chocolate and butter, then add sugar and honey/golden syrup. Heat gently then add fresh cream and stir continuously.
Cut each banana in half lengthways and place in bowl with scoops of ice-cream and whipped cream. Drizzle sauce & decorate with cherries, nuts and wafers.
