INGREDIENTS
1 litre milk
1 cup crushed vermicelli
1 fresh grated coconut
1 tin condensed milk
1 small tin nestle cream
Chopped pecan nuts (optional)
Chopped glace cherries
METHOD
Bring milk and vermicelli to a boil on low until it starts to thicken. Add in the coconut (save some for sprinkling on top) and boil on medium heat until mixture is thick, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and add in the condensed milk and nestle cream. Pour into bowls and decorate with coconut and cherries.
