INGREDIENTS
250 g butter
1 cup castor sugar
2 tablespoon golden syrup
1 cup dessicated coconut
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
2 cups of oats
+/- 1 ½ cups flour
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar. Add golden syrup and beat.
Mix in dry ingredients to form a dough.
Roll into small balls.
Place apart on a greased baking tray.
Bake in a Preheated oven @ 180°c till golden.
Can be decorated with melted chocolate.
I decorated it with grated choc while hot.
