1 & ½ Cups Rolled Oats (Checkers Brand Instant 3 minutes Oats... 2 Cups Boiling Water1 teaspoon Honey or Brown Sugar2x Stick Cinnamon 1x 100g Nutri Day Low Fat Vanilla Pear Yogurt or any yogurt flavor..... Served with apples🍎, bananas🍌,pears🍐strawberries🍓 on the side or chopped up & added to your oats....Or can also add ¼ Cup dates(slices) or raisins or choc chip
In a medium bowl add the Oats & Boiling water. Cook on high for 2 minutes in microwave. Stir well. Add the honey, stick cinnamon for flavor. Chopped up some fruits & pour your vanilla pear yogurt on top!! For a crunch or sweetness add in some dates/raisins or semi sweet choc chips.
